Model of Educational Context Diagnosis: Building Bridges Towards Transformation

In an increasingly complex, interconnected, and dynamic world, education plays a fundamental role in individual and social development. That is why this article presents a socio-critical diagnostic model designed for elementary education teachers, which addresses five key dimensions: political, cultural, economic, health-related, familial, and technological. The model is based on a critical pedagogy perspective and has been validated by experts from four countries. Its potential lies in enabling teachers to investigate and identify weaknesses and areas for improvement within an educational environment, thereby fostering the creation of educational intervention plans in collaboration with parents, administrators, and the broader educational community. The model serves as a tool to guide the construction of more democratic, intercultural, and supportive educational contexts.
