Student Satisfaction on Flipped Learning in Postgraduate Level

The objective of the research is to assess the effectiveness of flipped learning in postgraduate students in order to determine their level of satisfaction in the virtual, hybrid and new normal modality. The methodology used was a quantitative approach with a correlational scope. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The scale established for each item was of a Likert type. The participants were students of a postgraduate course in administration. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The main results are that flipped learning promotes the usefulness of the contents, increases motivation in academic training, and encourages collaborative work. The conclusion is that flipped learning promotes high student satisfaction and quality in academic training.
