Digital Literacy for Migrant Women. «Más Que Emplea» Project

In the Knowledge Society, mastery of digital competences is essential for all citizens. It is important to have skills that allow us to manage in a changing and hyper-connected digital environment in which certain vulnerable groups can be excluded because adequate mechanisms are not provided for technology to reach everyone equally without generating a double gap, both digital and social. For this reason, this research strives to design a digital literacy programme aimed at 699 migrant women in order to put into practice digital skills and tools that contribute to promoting their participation and exercising their rights on an equal footing in society by improving their basic digital competences.
