Internet Quota Subsidies: Evaluation of Policy Covid in Indonesia

Internet quota subsidies are one policy of the Indonesian government in a pandemic era. This study aimed to find out about utilization in higher education. The study used a survey with a simple random sampling technique with 266 respondents. The method of data analysis used was descriptive quantitative. The quota subsidy is only 69.9%, using 10 GB of 50 GB. This condition shows that the quota provided is not used up. Students use quota subsidies for lectures, research, webinars, and fun. Students do not use all the learning applications offered to their full potential.
