Using Educaplay as a Digital Tool to Improve Reading Comprehension

The incorporation of ICT in the teaching-learning process has become a fundamental tool for the training and evaluation of students. In the present research they have been used to reinforce the communicative skills of the subject of language and literature, in students of third year of EGB. For this purpose, the digital tool educaplay is used, which, thanks to its benefits and ease of use, is presented as an excellent option. As results, it is observed that the vast majority of students have electronic devices and internet access; at the same time, they express their pleasure in the application of interactive games to improve their learning in a fun way, being the most popular ones: matching columns, crossword puzzles and word search puzzles. In addition, thanks to the fact that it is an intuitive platform, students can develop the activities without help, thus achieving the acquisition of reading, writing and reading comprehension skills.
