Research on Speed Flow Matching Method for Double Pump Parallel Liquid Cooled Power Unit

With the complex and integrated development of electronic equipment, the heat flux of electronic equipment rises sharply, which puts forward higher requirements for liquid cooling system. At present, the advanced liquid cooling system shows the development trend of multi-pump parallel and centralized heat dissipation. Therefore, a kind of dual-pump parallel drive liquid cooling power unit is proposed, and the mathematical model of dual-pump parallel liquid cooling power unit is constructed, and the minimum power is taken as the evaluation index. Enumeration method was used to obtain the tach-flow matching strategy of dual-pump parallel liquid cooling power unit, and the influence of different working conditions on tach-flow matching of liquid cooling power unit was analyzed. The results show that the speed of the same type of pump is the same when the parallel running power is at its minimum. At low flow rate, the working strategy of one master and one standby is adopted, and at medium and high flow rate, the working strategy of two pumps collaborative flow rate proportional adaptive switching is adopted. This strategy can obtain a better rate-flow output effect under the minimum power consumption constraint.
