Dynamic Characteristics of Closed Speed Pump Control Cylinders

At present, there are more and more researches on the dynamic characteristics of the pump-controlled cylinder system, but there are fewer in-depth researches on the change trend of the intrinsic frequency of the pump-controlled cylinder in the operation process in this direction. In this paper, a new type of closed-type pump-controlled cylinder system is designed and utilized to carry out the research on the dynamic characteristics of the pump-controlled cylinder system. By building a mathematical model, the difference between the pump-controlled and valve-controlled cylinders in the intrinsic frequency and the damping ratio trend is obtained. And established a simulation model of the system, built a closed pump-controlled cylinder experimental platform, through the position control experiments to analyze the working principle of the closed pump-controlled asymmetric cylinder system and the results of the mathematical model to verify. This paper provides a reference for the subsequent research in the direction of improving the response characteristics of the closed-type pump-controlled cylinder system by changing the intrinsic frequency and damping ratio.
