Simulation analysis of efficiency characteristics of deep-sea motor based on bidirectional coupling of loss-temperature field

Deep-sea motor is an important part of deep-sea hydraulic power source. Accurate analysis and calculation of the temperature field distribution in deep-sea environment is very important for the evaluation of the overall performance of the motor. In this paper, a complete three-dimensional flow field model is established, including the external sea water and the internal oil domain. On the basis of fluid-solid coupling, the bidirectional coupling of loss-temperature field is realized by loading the losses of the motor with variables. The steady state distribution of the temperature field under the rated working condition of the motor is obtained, and the variation of the loss with the sea depth is analyzed. With the increase of depth, the proportion of iron loss increases gradually, the oil loss and copper loss do not change much, and the proportion of the two decreases gradually. Finally, the variation law of the efficiency of the motor with the depth of the sea is obtained, which can provide reference for the overall efficiency analysis of the deep-sea hydraulic power source.
