Landing Performance Analysis and Multi-Parameter Optimization of Oil-Gas Separation Shock Strut of Landing Gear

Taking the oil-gas separation shock strut of the landing gear as research object, the gas-liquid-solid coupled dynamic modeling and simulation analysis were carried out by comprehensively considering the oil-gas buffer characteristics and the structural flexible bearing characteristics. On this basis, the multi-parameter optimization model was established with the buffer efficiency and landing impact overload as the optimization target. An optimal solution satisfying the performance requirement is obtained. Through iterative optimization, the buffer efficiency grows 4 %, the landing impact overload decreases 8%. Influences of forward inclination angle on structure deformation and mounting joint loads transferring to the airframe are analyzed. The results show that the forward inclination angle has a great influence on the heading load of the shock strut.
