Error Estimation in Immersion Cooling Liquid Dk-Df Extraction Using Different Methods

In this paper, we present an elaborate study on error tolerance while extracting dielectric property of liquid materials using different methods. Three different methods were evaluated: 1) coaxial line-based fixture, 2) resonator-based fixture, and 3) microstrip (MS) line-based fixture. Coaxial and MS line-based test fixtures are broadband in nature but not suitable for dielectric loss estimation of low-loss liquid. Hence, in this study, those fixtures show large Df variation when they undergo tolerance analysis. The single-frequency cavity resonator fixture shows more robustness over induced error sources.
