Changing Statistical Parameters of Sound Broadcasting Signals Preferred by the Listener

The criterion of “sound preference” is becoming increasingly important in the development of audio processing algorithms and compact representation of sound signals. Ultimately, it is the listener who evaluates the signal, and their subjective assessment determines the popularity of the program as a whole. Up to the present time, the “preference” of a program has been determined based on the results of subjectively statistical measurements (SSM) and statistical surveys of listeners. This work involves the analysis of objective measurements of a number of parameters of the sound signal, which largely determine this popularity.
