Research Quality of Functioning Multiservice Converged Communication Networks

The quality of functioning multiservice convergent communication networks with packet switching based on modern information technologies is analyzed. The possibilities of a structural and functional diagram of a multiservice convergent communication network adapted to mobile communication networks are considered. Based on the study, a new approach to constructing a mathematical model of the performance multiservice convergent communication networks under conditions self-similarity traffic using a second-order hyperexponential distribution density is proposed. Based on a mathematical model system performance, analytical expressions are obtained for assessing the performance indicators convergent networks as a stationary probability distribution system states at an arbitrary point in time, the throughput hardware and software complexes switching nodes, and the probabilistic-time characteristics convergent communication networks.
