Algorithms for Static and Dynamic Placement of Network Administrators in SpaceFibre Networks with Dynamic Reconfiguration

This article discusses the problem of placing administrative nodes in networks based on the SpaceFibre standard, in which dynamic reconfiguration is necessary due to possible failures, changes in the mode of operation. The existing algorithms of static and dynamic placement of administrators in software defined networks (SDN) used in High Performance Computing (HPC) systems, their features and limitations are considered. Algorithms for networks based on the SpaceFibre standard are proposed, and the characteristics achievable with their use are evaluated.
