Patient Records Management System With Data Analytics for Singapore Diagnostics

The Philippines’ medical field has been drastically expanding thus the increase in the number of patients is inevitable. The need for an immense system that can help to address this problem is necessary to provide an adequate healthcare service. Laboratory tests are one of the healthcare services that are prominent when it comes to aiding good community health. This study involves developing a system to address the rising number of patients requiring faster healthcare services. Developing a system integrating several devices and features would entail a good impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare facilities especially here in the Philippines. The developed system has been evaluated using the ISO 25010 quality model about indicators such as functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. The evaluation results impose significant importance on the web application in the processes of Singapore Diagnostics and its partner hospitals and clinics, especially in encoding the patients’ information into the laboratory information system.
