Analysis of Mechanical Properties of a Quick Locking Structure Based on Simulation and Experiment

With the continuous development of modular technology in the aerospace field, many repeated locking technologies are required to achieve multiple locking and separation of separate parts and other parts on spacecraft. To ensure the rapid disassembly, debugging, and efficient transportation of the rocket inertial platform. This paper proposes a rotary fast locking mechanism, which has a simple structure and is easy to operate. On this basis, the evaluation index of its mechanical environment adaptability is constructed, and the structure is analyzed using finite element simulation combined with experimental testing. The structure shows that the structure could be used in key fields such as aerospace.
