Battery Monitoring System Using Labview Interface for Arduino

The LabView Interface for Arduino was used in the design of the real-time battery monitoring system. This necessitates the use of an efficient battery monitoring system that takes into consideration the gradual deterioration of batteries and can forecast a battery's life based on the connected load. The ACS712 is used to sense current, while the voltage devide is used to sense battery voltage. In LabVIEW monitored and checked the battery's voltage, current, temperature, charge level, health, and humidity. An automated battery monitoring system is created using a LabView graphical user interface to make this task easier. The outcome demonstrated that the Battery management system (BMS) is capable of real-time voltage and current monitoring. The temperature, gas leakage level, fire prevention and OLED display functions of the suggested model are as follows. Finding any abnormal flaw in the lithium-ion battery is the primary goal of this study. Our goal is to monitor temperature and gas leaks around the lithium-ion battery. Sensors such as temperature and smoke sensors. Additionally, safeguard it from unfavorable circumstances that arise during charging and discharging.
