Air Quality Monitoring and Prediction for Industries

A study approach to the development of an extensive air quality monitoring and prediction system specifically designed for industrial environments is presented by this research. The incorporation of essential elements including the PIC Controller, MQ-135 sensor, buzzer, LCD display, microcontroller, and computer interface, in conjunction with machine learning techniques, characterizes an advanced strategy for air quality monitoring and prediction. The PIC Controller, which acts as the central processing unit for smooth data integration and orchestration, lies at the heart of this system. The MQ-135 gas sensor is strategically positioned in industrial settings to monitor the amounts of common pollutants found in industrial emissions, such as ammonia, carbon dioxide, and volatile organic compounds. These sensors produce real-time data, which is vividly displayed on an LCD interface to give stakeholders quick feedback on important air quality metrics. When pollutant concentrations rise above predetermined levels, the integrated buzzer component sounds an alert, enhancing the system's responsiveness and guaranteeing prompt attention to possible environmental concerns. The unique aspect of this study is the combination of elements and the application of machine learning techniques. This combination demonstrates a strong dedication to striking a careful balance between environmental responsibility and industrial advancement. In by using machine learning techniques to make it easier to predict future trends using predictive modeling.
