Optimizing Electric Vehicle Performance Using Chain Gear Ratio Approach

The proposed work has given a solution for max-imising the range of electric vehicle during the running condition. To increase the electric vehicle range, chain gear ration has been implemented to operate the external generator. Generator generate the electricity that used to charge the battery bank. The dynamo is connected via driver shaft, once vehicle motor will rotate the dynamo rotor also will rotate due to the coupled shaft without any burden on battery energy. The dynamo will generate the electricity at 800 RPM and the generated current will be used to charge the battery.
