Analysis of Temperature Distribution and Distortion Effects on a 13 m Reflector Antenna

For the impact of the sunlight temperature field on the electrical performance of reflector antennas, a structural analysis model and thermal simulation model for a 13 m reflector antenna are established with the shielding effect of structural components on light being considered. The average temperature, temperature difference, and other characteristic parameters of each antenna component are analyzed, and the distortion and electrical performance of the antenna under the corresponding temperature field are calculated. The results reflect the relationship between temperature distribution, thermal distortion, gain loss, and ambient temperature. The temperature difference of the main reflector and pointing error are closely related to the sun's and antenna's relative position, providing a reference for antenna thermal compensation in engineering.
