Sub-THz CMOS Phased-Array Transceiver Design for 6G

In this work, theoretical background of millimeter-wave/THz phased-array communication will be introduced as well as design challenges of THz transceiver by CMOS. Sub-THz transceivers realized by 65nm CMOS technology will be introduced. The paper concludes with a discussion on future directions of THz wireless communication, based on Shannon and Friis equations.
