Design and Analysis of Decentralized Recommend System Platform

As a shared, tamper-evident ledger, block chain is decentralized, open and transparent, and the data is difficult to be tampered with. This paper first summarizes the technology and characteristics of block chain and the current research status of block chain, and systematically analyzes the status and challenges of centralized recommendation system, showing that the characteristics of block chain are of great significance to solve the data security and privacy protection problems of recommendation system. This paper then gives the design and implementation of a decentralized recommendation system platform mainly supported by block chain technology, and supervises the decentralized recommendation system from two main roles: government and users.
