Optimizing the Test Plan for a Mobile Financial Technology Application in the Scaled Agile Framework Methodology

In the ever-changing domain of Financial Technology (FinTech), the growth of Mobile Software Applications (MSAs) for Android and iOS has gained considerable importance. These applications play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital commerce and improving payment processes and user experience. This paper explores the difficulties and approaches in creating and assessing MSAs in the FinTech industry, using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies as fundamental components. The study focuses on examining a Test Plan designed for MSAs using the SAFe methodology. This analysis covers agile development practices, which emphasize small steps and thorough testing to meet consumer demands and efficiently adapt to development process changes. Although agile methodologies are flexible, incorporating extensive pre-development research into agile systems engineering for complex product development is difficult. We prioritize creating and implementing a thorough Test Plan within the SAFe framework to ensure high standards for the reliability, usability, scalability, and interoperability of MSAs. A detailed Component, Integration, and System Testing Plan is included. Using empirical data and advanced testing frameworks, native and combined MSA environments are efficiently assessed. The findings highlight the importance of SAFe and Agile in FinTech software development and testing innovation. This sets a high standard for future software quality and functionality.
