Soft Assessment of the Intelligent Information Systems Development Efficiency

The paper discusses the issues of assessing indicators of economic efficiency of information system development. Proposed a model of soft assessment of the effectiveness of the development of an intelligent information system using fuzzy logic at the request stage of an application development. The model is based on the use of statistical data from previous experience of developing information systems for the same class. It is planned to adjust the basic values of indicators to obtain planned (estimated) indicator values, taking into account the level of functionality, scale of usage of AI technologies in software products and other factors. An example of correction the basic assessment of an indicator to obtain a planned (expected) assessment is given.
