Research on the Applicability of Cable Sectional Windings as an Alternative to Windings Made of Winding Wire for High-Speed Servo Motors has been Conducted

The article investigates a synchronous machine with the stator winding divided into parallel branches. Modeling is carried out using Comsol Multiphysics software, employing finite element method and ANSYS Electronics Desktop program. This division leads to an increase in the maximum rotational speed of the electric machine rotor. The results of 2D synchronous generator calculations are validated by experimental research, which practically align with the simulated results, confirming the accuracy of the computational models. The study also identified negative aspects, including an increase in the consumed current to achieve the necessary torque. However, these factors are not critical, as the winding method investigated allows not only for the restoration but also for an increase in the rotational frequency of the electric machine rotor.
