A Set of Technological Equipment for a Robotic 3D Printing System Using DED Technology

In this work, a complex of technological equipment was developed for a robotic 3D printing system using DED technology. The main features and structure of the developed printing system were analyzed. Difficulties that require the use of additional technological equipment have been identified. The types of equipment being developed have been determined. The requirements for the developed samples of technological equipment are formulated. For each sample of equipment, a number of technical solutions have been adopted to implement all the requirements. Three-dimensional models of equipment have been developed that take into account the geometry of the elements of the robotic 3D printing system. A methodology has been formulated for the practical application of the developed equipment samples when operating similar 3D printing systems.
