Assessment of Reliability and Efficiency of Power Supply Schemes Taking into Account the Factors of Short-Term Power Supply Disruptions

The paper proposes an approach to the formation of models for assessing the reliability and efficiency of power supply schemes (PS) for high-tech industrial plants, based on ensuring the required level of reliability and quality of electricity for different categories and groups of consumers. When forming the models, the schemes and the list of connected main electrical equipment designed to meet the requirements of each specific consumer are considered. Different variants of consumers' PS are described by Markov chain graphs with discrete states and continuous time. The models of switching, operational and strategic reliability of PS consisting of four states are formed for the objects. The states of the graphs form events for circuits of different reliability levels, such as: failures of PS equipment, protection and automation devices, voltage sags in external and internal circuits of inadmissible depth and duration. Time dependences of states of SE variants are obtained and average annual probabilistic damages are calculated for all levels in a wide range of values of specific damages.
