Automation of the Heat Protection Process for Acoustic-Magnetic Devices Installed in the Heat Supply System on Geothermal Water

This article presents the results of automation of the acoustic-magnetic device thermal protection technology development based on modeling. The acoustic-magnetic device is installed in the heat supply system of a greenhouse complex with geothermal heat source, developed and patented by the authors of the article. Modeling was performed to automate the process of maintaining the temperature of the acoustic emitter of the acoustic-magnetic device in the operating range. QuickField Student Edition v 6.5 and NI LabVIEW 2022 Q3 simulation environments were used for modeling. Based on the results of modeling, the system of automatic control of the thermal mode of the acoustic-magnetic device was developed. Automation of temporal operating mode of the acoustic-magnetic device is necessary to optimize the reagent free treatment of geothermal water in the heat supply system of a greenhouse complex. Reagent free treatment of geothermal water allows to reduce significantly the intensity of scale formation in the heat exchanger and equipment geothermal heating system. Automation of thermal modes of the acoustic-magnetic device (AMD) allows to create conditions for maintaining the acoustic emitter AMD operation at the resonance frequency, to reduce energy cost and increase the effectiveness of the impact of acoustic radiation on the scale generated in the heat supply system of the greenhouse complex.
