Innovative Technologies for Utility Power System

The work shows that the basis of a modern housing and communal services complex should be a mini-combined heat power plant based on gas piston units. It is especially important to include cogeneration in the energy infrastructure of small and medium-sized cities, where separate production of thermal and electric energy dominates. The presence of a cogeneration source that supplies more affordable heat and electricity will create the basis for the introduction of modern and innovative technologies into the housing and communal services complex. The interaction of gas piston units, thermal and electrical storage devices, absorption refrigeration machines, heat pumps, electric boilers, photovoltaic panels allow us to talk about the flexibility and efficiency of the energy supply system.
