Study of the Effectiveness of Implementing Monitoring Systems in Municipal Energy Infrastructure Using the Example of Individual Heating Points

The current state of heat supply systems is characterized by an insufficient level of reliability. In recent years, the number and scale of utility accidents in heat supply systems have become more frequent. A frequent cause of accidents is quantitative regulation in conditions of dilapidated and worn-out networks. The introduction of remote monitoring and diagnostic systems for the technical condition of equipment in heat supply systems, in particular those installed in individual heating points, will improve observability and controllability in the heat supply system. Timely response to emergency events in real time, increasing the efficiency of preventive repairs through appropriate data analysis will ensure increased uninterrupted heat supply.
