Energy Efficiency: From Desire to an Integrated Management Solution

In order to implement a viable integrated energy management solution at the building level, this paper presents the reader with 14 scenarios for using an automatic management solution to achieve the objective. To demonstrate their effectiveness, the authors used the electricity consumption data of an educational building belonging to the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca campus and implemented them. The results showed an optimization of electricity consumption of up to 84.75 percent for the summer of 2022 in the case of applying the proposed energy management and control system.
