University 3.0 and Graduate Competence in Modern Engineering Education

The Universaty 3.0 model is a response to the challenge of the Fourth industrial revolution shaping Industry 4.0, which requires new qualities of engineering work. In the theoretical interpretation, the University 3.0 includes three key areas of activity - teaching, research, and entrepreneurship. The main implementation figure is the graduate. What competencies the graduate of University 3.0 should have and what new requirements for their qualifications does the model of the University 3.0 within the framework of “entrepreneurial university” suggest? The article provides an overview of some aspects of this topic.
