Computational Studies of the Combustion of Hydrogen Containing Gases in Power Plants

In this paper, the problem of greenhouse gas emissions and various methods of reducing their emissions from the combustion of organic fuels in power plants are considered. The volumes of reducing carbon dioxide emissions due to the conversion of coal-fired thermal power plants to natural gas and the introduction of advanced technologies at thermal power plants are estimated. The prospects of burning pure hydrogen in the combustion chamber of a modern gas turbine engine are shown.
