Design and Development of a Prototype of a System for Monitoring Web Portals of Educational Organizations

This study is dedicated to the creation and examination of a prototype of the monitoring system for web portals of educational establishments in the Russian Federation. The objective of the project is to enhance the effectiveness of information resource administration in the educational domain, guaranteeing conformity of the content on official websites of educational institutions with contemporary requirements and regulations. The research paper outlines the fundamental aspects of the system: its structure and functionality, the technologies employed for its implementation, as well as the methods utilized for monitoring and data analysis. The developed prototype of the system has been successfully tested and demonstrates high accuracy of analysis of the structure and content of web portals of educational organisations. It is planned to expand the functionality with modules of intellectual analysis of text content using neural network algorithms.
