Research and development of quality problem case base under the background of industrial big data

In order to solve the dilemma of lack of quality data specification, low utilization rate of empirical knowledge and time-consuming and laborious analysis of processing quality problems in manufacturing enterprises under the background of industrial big data, a quality problem case base based on CBR technology was proposed. Firstly, the case base workflow based on CBR technology is designed. Secondly, the semantic structure is used to describe the important information in the history quality problem record and combine it into quality problem cases. Then, the nearest neighbor method and analytic hierarchy process are used to retrieve similar cases, and the case correction process is carried out with reference to association rules. Finally, the cycle of case base construction, new problem discovery, similar case acquisition, case base complement and perfection is realized, and an online case base management platform is developed.
