Design of Blind Guide System Based on Multi-Frequency Ultrasonic Technology and GWO-BP Algorithm

How to solve the problems of low positioning accuracy and low response speed in the blind guide system is a major challenge that has to be faced at present. In this article, a more efficient and accurate blind guide system based on multi-frequency ultrasonic technology and GWO-BP algorithm is proposed. The research adopts multi-frequency ultrasonic technology as the sensor of the navigation system, which can obtain obstacle information in the environment in real time. At the same time, the GWO-BP algorithm is combined to apply it to the process of navigation decision- making and path planning. The GWO-BP algorithm is combined with the gray wolf optimization algorithm and the BP neural network to improve the performance and accuracy of the navigation system. Experiments have verified that the positioning accuracy of the system in this article is between 0.01-0.05, and significant improvements have been made in navigation and obstacle avoidance.
