Identification Key Components of Knowledge Management Model for Information System Planning in e-Business: A Systematic Literature Review

Organizations in e-business need an information system as a tool to decision making. Information systems are a tool to achieve work efficiency. Successful implementations of information systems in e-business have a lot of benefits for the organizations. Therefore, it is better for organizations to understand the key success for enhancing the capability of information system. Knowledge management model is focused solutions to enhance competitive advantage for enhancing the capacity of information system. Component of Knowledge Management model as the key success factors for information system planning. This research aims to identify key components of knowledge management model for information planning in e- business using a systematic literature review. 30 studies have been selected from various databases to review based on inclusion criteria. This research result finds 12 key components of knowledge management model in e-business and 4 key components has been selected as the most frequently used in knowledge management model for information system planning in e-business.
