Co-Simulation of Metal Structure of Bridge Crane Based on Adams & Simulink

The metal structure is the supporting platform and skeleton that forms the working space of the whole machine, and is the main bearing structure of the bridge crane. It is characterized by complex stress, large deadweight and more consumables. The load it bears is mainly transferred to the main beam through the wheels of the crane trolley, the main beam is then transferred to the end beam, the end beam is then transferred to the track through the cart wheels, and finally the load is transferred from the track to the foundation of the track beam to complete the load inheritance. Therefore, as a link in the transmission, the wheel pressure is an important parameter for calculating the structural strength of the bridge. Therefore, the method of joint simulation is adopted to simulate the actual working state of the bridge crane. Considering the running state of the wheel and the meshing process with the track, as well as the collision and impact generated during the equipment working, the dynamic wheel pressure during the working process is obtained, and the safety state of the metal structure is evaluated.
