A Multi-Robot Rapid Calibration Method for Electric Network Pole Number Plates for Spraying Operations

In order to solve the calibration problem of spraying robot and robot vision system in spraying operation, a multi-robot rapid calibration method is proposed. The method uses a single camera and a quad robot as calibration modules, and makes different configurations of the cameras of each module. By extracting image feature points, a mapping relationship is established between the camera to be calibrated and the robot, and the corresponding relationship between the camera to be calibrated and the robot is mapped to the calibration board, thereby realizing rapid calibration of multiple robots. The experimental results show that this method can increase the calibration efficiency to a maximum of 94.5%, which is superior to the traditional manual calibration method in terms of calibration efficiency.
