Analysis of Single-Phase Grounding Fault Based on Internet of Things for 1000 kV

In this paper, based on two 1000 kV power system models and using the Electromagnetic Transient Program (EMTP) software, the effects of various measures to limit arc current and restore voltage are simulated. The simulation results show that the use of high resistance to neutral reactance, the inhibiting effect of a small reactance value of about 600 ohms is better, and the influence of different transmission line models on the capacitance of the current is almost zero, but greater impact on the inductance component; transposition has an influence on the arc current, but the current impact is small, series compensation effects alone may cause large voltage. And the single-phase ground fault identification system is designed based on the power Internet of Things, transmission line information collection, communication, fault diagnosis and real-time monitoring are realized by using key technologies such as IED, LoRa Internet of Things gateway and 5G.
