Intelligent Flood Prediction and Support: Empowering Communication with AI, IOT, and UAV Technology

The increasing number of natural disasters in recent years has demonstrated the importance of establishing effective wireless emergency communications services. Unmanned aerial vehicles (U A V s) have become a competitive alternative due to their remarkable capabilities and adaptability. This paper presents the mathematical concept of a UAV-based post-disaster wireless emergency communication network. Our main goal is to use a deep learning algorithm to optimize the UAV's trajectory so that it serves as many ground users as possible during natural disaster. The proposed method not only solves the optimization problem but also maximizes the throughput that can be achieved while respecting the energy constraints.
