Research on Optimization of New Thermal Insulation Materials Based on Genetic Algorithm

This study is devoted to solving the structural optimization control problem of new thermal insulation materials, and obtains a brand-new optimization adjustment strategy of fabric parameters. Firstly, the influence factors of thermal conductivity of thermal insulation materials are studied deeply. The fabric is divided into four blocks, including two warp and weft intersecting areas, warp and weft suspension areas and void areas. Combined with the series-parallel model of equivalent thermal conductivity of composite materials, a model for calculating equivalent thermal conductivity of composite materials is successfully established. The model is simplified by finite difference method, and the thermal conductivity of specific fabric is obtained by fitting. Then, the genetic algorithm of global search algorithm is introduced, and the optimal adjustment strategy for the parameter optimization of the fabric is found through traversal experiments. The importance of this research result is that it allows the optimization strategy of thermal insulation materials parameters to be adjusted according to different thermal conductivity requirements, so as to meet the needs of thermal insulation materials in different situations. This paper provides theoretical support for the optimization of thermal insulation materials.
