Automatic Generation Algorithm and System of Accounting Entries Based on Unit Budget System

Preparing accounting entries is a tedious task that requires manual entry according to the unit's budget system and financial regulations. This study uses data mining and automation technology, combined with the unit's budget system and financial regulations, to design an algorithm and system for automatic generation of accounting entries. The article establishes corresponding data models and rules by analyzing the unit's budget system and financial regulations, and then uses data mining technology to extract key information from the unit's budget data and financial data to automatically generate accounting entries that comply with the regulations, and finally uses the system to import automatically generated accounting entries into the financial system to realize the automated accounting entry process. Experimental results show that the accuracy of this system ranges from 88% to 96%. This algorithm and system can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting entries.
