Research on AC Control Strategy of Battery Electric Vehicles Based on Fuzzy PID

In order to ensure the comfort of the passenger cabin and save energy consumption, efficient air conditioning control method is the key, this paper focus on the control strategy of battery electric vehicle air conditioning system. A two-dimensional fuzzy PID controller is established, which took the deviation and deviation change rate of the crew cabin temperature and the set temperature as input and the compressor speed as output. It's verified by combining with the integrated model of the thermal management system of a typical vehicle, and compared with the PID controller. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller built in this paper has better effect than PID control. Under the high temperature environment of 35°C, the temperature fluctuation range of the crew cabin is small, and the energy consumption can be reduced by 1%.
