Sleep Disorder Prediction with AI User Interface

Health is the most precious thing for living beings than anything else. Everyone wants to live more and healthy enough to do what they love. Sleep is a way which helps us refresh ourselves. Most of the time we just need a good amount of sleep to restore our mental and physical health. But in some cases, we are not able to get proper sleep for various reasons which could possibly lead to a kind of sleep disorder. But the awareness of this is very less among people. They simply ignore this, which leads to the problem becoming more worse. To avoid that, many AI models have been developed to detect sleep disorders in early stages. Sleep disorders are of two types, which are apnea and insomnia. These both are detected using various tests with EEG, EMG, EOG, ECG, etc. sensors on patient during sleep. But this could be costly and time taking process. So we suggest a simple AI model, which takes simple parameters like age, sleep duration, sleep quality, etc as inputs and gives a prediction whether the person is prone to have any sleep disorder, based on which the person can visit a doctor accordingly. This is a simple and fast method to simply check the possibility.
