Research on Multi-Level Collaborative Interactive Technology for Electricity Power Balance

With the construction of a new power system with a high proportion of new energy, the balance characteristics, analysis methods, and response strategies of the power system will undergo significant changes. Both supply and demand sides and system regulation resources are highly uncertain, and the system balance mechanism changes from “deterministic power generation tracking uncertain load” to “two-way matching between uncertain power generation and uncertain load.” The traditional balance model of “inter-provincial gateway determination and intra-provincial source-load movement” is no longer applicable. It is significantly more difficult to effectively deal with the uncertainty of new energy output, ensure reliable power supply, and maximise the consumption of clean energy. For this reason, a three-level coordinated whole-network power balancing analysis system of the State Network and Provinces is proposed, which will provide the basis for the technology and framework for the future balance of the new type of power system.
