Research on Signal Source Sweeping Instrument Based on Three in One Oscilloscope

With the development of the electronics industry, the demand for oscilloscope signal sources and other instruments is still greatly increasing. In response to the existing equipment's problems in accuracy, price, portability, and other aspects, this study proposes a user-friendly and portable three in one oscilloscope signal source frequency sweeper designed using STM32 control integrated DDS chip AD9910 output. It can be easily used in various non-laboratory or low precision environments. The close combination of built-in ADC and AD9910 in STM32 enables STM32 to exert powerful performance and extremely high speed, and demonstrates excellent accuracy and innovation in oscilloscopes, signal sources, and frequency scanners. We believe that this system has better application prospects and can be widely used in instrument measurement in various simple environments.
