Die-Level Serialization Platform Demonstration

The semiconductor industry is lacking a solution for unique die-level labeling that is economical and compatible with volume manufacturing. Laser-based lithography has lower throughput compared to standard photolithography process however for low volume foundries and laboratories already owning one, it is the shortest path to serialization. The DIGITHO die-serialization platform is compatible with such equipment offering a solution for die-level serialization of low throughput manufacturing.
