Strategies Maximizing the Capabilities of Women in Leadership Positions Amidst the Changing Environment of Machine Learning and Technology

In constantly changing technology-driven businesses, women executives are crucial yet understudied. This empirical study examines how organizational policies, mentoring programmes, and cultural inclusion help women in technology leadership. We found that well-defined organizational policies, mentoring programmes, and cultural inclusion improve leadership effectiveness using quantitative surveys and in-depth interviews. The findings provide practical insights for organizations seeking to reduce gender gaps in technology leadership. The suggested solutions promote gender-inclusive leadership settings with open policies, strong mentoring cultures, and culturally inclusive workplaces. This study helps us understand gender dynamics in technology and inspires future conversations and activities to create a more equal and inclusive technology leadership environment.
