Advancing Women’s Empowerment in the Technology Sector with a Concentration on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

This study looks at how technology and empowering women are connected, focusing on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The research shows how important technology is for giving women more power in their social and economic lives by looking at how things will change by 2030. It talks about the persistent gender gap in technology and shows how mobile phone and internet connections are different around the world. It is brought up that woman in the AI field face problems like being underrepresented and being treated differently because of their gender. The study stresses how important it is for technologies to be useful to people, for the government to invest in them, and for them to be able to change. The study recognises the benefits of having more women work in AI and supports tactics such as STEM promotion and mentoring to encourage everyone to join and close the digital gender gap.
