Hardware Setup Investigation of Transferrable Solar Home-based Lighting System using IoT

Electricity is an important facility for everyone. It not only helps in powering lighting systems for night time visibility but it also helps run devices that provide a lot of utility for people. Most of the processes are run through electricity and it is a much better alternative to devices such as kerosene lamps. The main problem is that not all areas in the world have access to a power grid due to which the population cannot subscribe to a metered power supply. This is either due to a complicated geography that is not conducive for commissioning electrical equipment or due to the fact that the power company will not commission a connection due to the inability to recover the amounts. There are existing home lighting systems but they have their own problems which makes them unsuitable for easy usage. The major objective is to design a portable solar home lighting system that can be used to power the basic loads in these remote areas and recharge small appliances like mobile phones, radio sets, torchlights and mobile hotspots.
